KitKat Cake for Geoff's Birthday....Yay...

We celebrated Geoff's birthday on Saturday.  His birthday was actually on the 9th but because of his working schedule and he had a little vacation, the celebration continued to Saturday.

We gave him one gift bag with cards from us all.  We all chipped in and put in some money and told him he could use it for a new grill.  He needs one and he was very happy.
Here is Madeline, Geoff and I.  She is getting so big and has braces and her teeth are looking great in only 3 months.  See the KitKat - M&M cake  baked for him?  A real sugar high....

My mother is back from vacationing in Florida and here we are....

My youngest son Rich and Robin....

Marc took a silly picture of himself...being afraid he wouldn't have his picture taken otherwise...How attractive...

Is it spring your way yet?  Well its only 46F out there right now which is twice as warm as it was on the weekend about this time!  I am SO desperately waiting for the 'real' spring to arrive.

If you have it...enjoy it!  Have a great week... Judi xoxo

Dear Judi,
Love your cookies at top of your blog! The birthday celebration looked so nice...especially that awesome cake! LOL. Yeah...sugar high is right, but oh so delish!!
It is amazing how much your Mom, you, and your children all look alike, isnt it??? Good strong genes!
Your Mom looks so happy! Hope she had a good time in Florida! I am laughing at your weather report, because right now I am thanking God for a cooler and very breezy day, as we are getting a whole new a/c unit put in, and we are so grateful for the cooler air today. God is really taking care of us today!!!
Well, Judi, as usual, you amaze me with all your talents and energy! :)

It's obvious you had a wonderful time and truly enjoy your family! It is definitely spring and almost summer since the first flowers have bloomed and are gone - - - - and some of the second wave of flowering trees is about over, too.

Hello Judi, Thank you so much for your sweet comment about our 50th anniversary. I have been on a blog break but I am back. I am belated with this thank you but it is well meant. Our anniversary was wonderful with many memories to treasure.

I'll start with how much I love your precious cookies. You are amazing.

Happy birthday to your son. It looks like he had a wonderful and loving celebration. I loved the pic with your mom. I miss my mom so much. Madeline is so cute. They do grow up so fast.

Spring is still "cold" here and rain with wind. My hubs said he read that this is the coldest Spring in US history. I believe it! Smile.

Have a happy weekend Judi.

Hi Judi, I'm back and I could swear I commented on this post. I know I read it. However, the busy days before our anniversary celebration were so hectic I am not sure of anything except our party was a wonderful time. We are so blessed. I have missed visiting you and It is great to get back to blogging. I took a much longer break than expected because of company after the party.

Thank you so much for your well wishes for our 50th in so many posts with the buildup to the big day. I appreciate your kind words so much.

Wishing belated birthday wishes to your son. I loved the photos showing a lot of family love. Most of all the fun you have together is terrific.

Also, the cookies are amazing. You are a cookie artist. Seriously!!!
Love and hugs,
Jeanne
