Flowers at Rockledge Garden....

I took pictures of the lovely flowers around the cottage this summer but didn't post them yet.  I will share how pretty the plants are by the back fence....
These are along the fence and there were so many black berries....yummy...

I adored how these blossoms looked against the fence....
and with the bumble bees settled on them....
 more flowers by the fence...

the purple and the yellow are so pretty...all in that same area....doing their own beautiful thing...
even the leaves look so pretty and vivid and the berries were starting....
This was taken by the shed and had to be early July because the daisies were out and the clematis....I think a little window box here would look pretty....
there is a little rose bush that just struggles.  It was actually under the daisies so I transplanted some of the daisies and propped up the roses.  They don't flower much and are not hardy but when they do they are pretty....
The little butterfly plaque is a new addition to the clematis trellis...
and the New Guinea or Sunshine Impatience are one of my favourites....
I hate to think of losing all the pretty flowers as the weather gets colder...but we hope it won't be until way into October... How is your garden today?  Judi xoxo

Hi Judi, Your photos of the Rockledge Garden is so sweet. I can tell you love flowers as much as I do. Our clematis blooms in April or May and it is stunning. Then the vine just looks pitiful the rest of the year. Fall is showing up already here and I wonder if it will be early. We had a very early summer.

Happy days to you and yours.
XO, Jeanne

Judi, your florals are lovely. The butterfly plaque is a nice touch. We are getting touches of autumn already. I love each season for its own beauty, tho I always miss my pretties.

Have a great week.
