Today I finished a teddy bear for her. Its made of soft, snuggly fleece and is 16" tall. I like the colours and hope she will too. I didn't realize she was going to be this big actually.

I don't know what to tell them her name is! Can you help me out? What might you call her? Maybe that would help me.
I took 3 days vacation this week, Wednesday through Friday. I have some baking orders: cookies to bake, a fondant dinosaur cake to bake, and I wanted to finish off this little teddy bear. This is all fun vacation stuff so I'm happy to have the time to do it. Today was pretty snowy and wet and so a perfect day to be indoors.

Hi Judi, I would love to be your neighbor. Your beautiful cake would be so welcome. Sigh. We do not have a good bakery here in our small town.
Love the Teddy bear so much. I would name her Calico.I once made a bear for our grandson and it was way bigger than I expected. A labor of love.
We expect snow the next 3 days. Not a lot and it won't stick. I am ready for Spring.

Judi: I would hame the Teddy Bear: Ambrosia. Reminded me of a beautiful fruit salad with green grapes and coconut that had nestled with cherries....maybe I am suffering from cabin fever. Your baking and sewing skills are superb and must be so gratefully received.
