Often times on Sunday mornings while Marc starts our brekky (did I tell you he's the Breakfast King?...he is) I make us a smoothie. It is quick and easy and tastes so good and is soooo good for you too!
Depending on what we have on hand I'll add different fruit and/or frozen fruit. It may be any combination of kiwi, mango, banana, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, pineapple etc....then 1/2 cup or so of yogurt....any flavour we have on hand plain or with fruit in it....then I pour in orange juice.
I use my Braun hand mixer and mix everything well. I adjust the thickness with more orange juice if needed.

How totally yummy that looks! You are inspiring me to try something new! : )
Those smoothies look great. I should make those more often. Or to even just make them. I don't believe I ever have...or at least not for a long time.
