Do you live in the now? Do you live each day like it was your last? Do you stop to smell the flowers? Do you appreciate what you have...now? Are you thankful for your good health?
I hope you appreciate something today that might have
slipped by you yesterday .... Judi xoxo

That's a very nice message Judi..Happy Sunday ♥
This is so true Judi. I have read Eckhart Tolle Living in the Now book well the audio book. It is a wonderful read. I actually downloaded from the library and put it on my I pod touch. Hugs
Great reminder of what we all need to be doing. The 30 years that I worked went by really fast, the 36 years since my daughter was born went by really fast, the days go by and I must say... I enjoy every moment I can because the rest of your life can go really fast too:) Have a blessed day dear Judi! Great thoughts!
Judi,
I loved this post! And how true it is! I realized it the first time I heard the word cancer being used in reference to me. I makes you stop and reconsider your entire life.
Thanks for stopping by my PS post. I am so sorry about the loss of your Dad. I never dreamed that there would be such an outpouring of emotion from so many after reading my simple story of a daughter's love. It was truly amazing and I thank you of being part of a special day for me.

Hey Judi, I really stopped by for pS but read both of these posts and it is so true. Unfortunately most people realize it when it is to late. Be Blessed today. Meg
I try always to stop and smell the roses, Judi.
