Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

I'm dressed in a green sweater today for St. Paddy's Day. I'm not Irish but we enjoyed our St. Patrick's Day dinner early on Saturday. The brisket along with spices and carrots and onions and potatoes and a whole cabbage quartered boiled for hours. It smelled so wonderful in here. We served it up with some lovely crusty rosemary bread, seasoned the dinner with apple cider vinegar. Yum!

I hope you have a Happy St. Patrick's Day....Enjoy Judi xoxo

Happy St. Patrick's Day to you too! Yummy. I LOVE rosemary bread. We have a huge rosemary bush and I love the smell. I forgot my green until my house helper showed up and asked where it was. Ha I'm green now though.

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
Happy St Patrick's Day! ~ Susan
