Merry Christmas to my Blogland Circle of Friends

Merry Christmas to all my blogging Circle of Friends. May you have a wonderful holiday and all good health, happiness and good fortune to you all. I hope that you enjoy every moment with your family and friends.

We'll be going to my mom's house for our family Christmas on Christmas eve. On Christmas Day Marc and I will travel to Rochester to spend time with his daughter's family. From there we'll drive down to spend time with his mother, who is 95, and his brother's family. We'll be back home in a few days.

Therefore I will not be posting until the beginning of the new year but I will certainly be thinking about blogland and my dear friends. Enjoy.... Judi xoxo

Facepainting

Richard and Austin went to Geoff and Kiley's work Children's Christmas party a couple of weeks ago. They had their faces painted. There were all kinds of indoor rides and Santa was there. They all had a great time. The face painters did a wonderful job.
I really adore this picture of Madeline and her dad.
Don't Madeline and Austin look right in place on this Dragon ride at the party? The colours fit perfectly.
I hope you have a lovely day.... Judi xoxo

Christmas Week....

Its already Monday of Christmas week. This week has come very quickly for me. I don't know who's been getting my Christmas ready because tonight I went through the purchased gifts I've put here and there and I was pleasantly happy with everything. Tomorrow night I will pick up just a couple of final items and then I'm ready to wrap.

I have put up some Christmas and this is my Noah's Arc Nutcracker...how proudly he sits between my plants...

Yesterday my mom and I went to the show and watched The Christmas Carol. I love that movie don't you? There are so many versions and like the others we enjoyed this one too. It was animated with voices such as Jim Carey's. Geoff and Madeline joined my mom and I for leftovers. Well our leftovers made it quite the smorgasborg actually....we had meatloaf and chili and brocolli/cauliflower slaw....mashed potatoes...gravy...salad...and greens. My mom spent the night and we watched Miracle on 34th Street. That is another so cute movie. It always brings a smile to my face.

Marc's son lives in Hawaii. A couple of years ago he sent me this Hawaiian Santa....
Are you almost ready for Christmas? Have you been watching the wonderful Christmas movies and shows?

I love picking up a few new decorations right after Christmas. Its such a nice surprise to find them when setting up Christmas the next year. Such was the case with this adorable little angel....
My tree has become very little and this year sits on the floor instead of a table...but it really looks pretty lit up in real time....
I wish you lots of happiness this week as you go about enjoying
the upcoming Christmas... Judi xoxo

Soy Tealights and 20 lbs.

*Hugs* to my blogging circle of friends!!

I haven't had a chance to blog very much still. I have had a chance to do some blog reading lately and trying to catch up. I miss you all and think of you and wonder how everyone is when I'm not here. Then its refreshing and a relief to find out everyone is doing so well with Christmas and showing all their lovely Christmas in their homes.

I know we're all busy getting ready for Christmas. Can you believe its REALLY next week? I can hardly. I didn't get a chance to put my new Soy Candles into my etsy shop as I'd hoped to. I've been making tealights, votives, jar candles, wax melts and tonight I made my first pillar. I'll wait 48 hours and check how it burns. Fun. Don't they look Yum? I hope to put some out in the new year at least.

I wanted to do a "Show and Tell" of me. I had posted that on October 1st two days after we got back from LasVegas I started on a new eating plan. So far I've lost 19 lbs...20 TODAY actually.

So this is me with my mother in Vegas a couple of days before I started this food plan.

This is me 2 months later to the day when Marc and I celebrated the American Thanksgiving at my girlfriend Kirsti's home. I have lost 6 pounds since that celebration. Hooray for me. I do truly feel so much better for it.

Keep well and enjoy this beautiful time of the year. Hold a spot for me ... I hope to see you more frequently soon...Judi xoxo

Busy time...

Hi to everyone who I haven't seen for some time! I'm just checking in to say that its been quite busy.

I've added Soy Candles to my CranberryBlossom Creations by Judi business and there isn't so much time after working all day at my regular job to take time for me.... or for you right now. It sure is hard to be the planner, purchaser, manufacturer, packager, labeller, marketter and saleslady in just a few hours time each evening isn't it? But it is fun. I'm really liking the candles too.

Christmas shopping has barely begun and I only decorated a bit last night. I was home after 6:30 last night from pickups. Madeline and Geoff are coming over for dinner tonight so I had to put out some decorations. I hit the bed at midnight. Its been that way and I am really missing my friends. I hope to get sorted out by next week and then I can sit back and enjoy all your lovely blogs and decorating and recipes. I have missed you all...don’t forget about me!

I hope you have a wonderful day today….and see you soon! Keep well… Judi xoxo
