Happy Birthday Dear Geoff!!
Today is a special day. My eldest son Geoff was born today33 years ago. I can hardly imagine the number of years that have passed since that wonderful day.
Thirty-three years ago he was born 28 minutes before midnight on the day before Easter. He was almost my little Easter bunny.
Geoff was 3 weeks late actually due the day after St. Patrick's Day. During the week before he was born I lit the night light in his room every evening waiting to welcome him....whenever he would choose to arrive. I remember the love as I waited for him that has only grown enormously through these years.
He has always been a wonderful son and he has made me so proud of him....of his thoughts, of his accomplishments, of his dreams...of his sensitivity...of his love...his helpful nature.... He always seemed to be a big boy considering situations before moving ahead...well most of the time anyway....
I'm so thankful to be blessed to have Geoff as my son who is also a loving and totally devoted father to Madeline. I wish for him the greatest, most Happiest Birthday not just for the day, or the weekend but the whole year. I love you Geoff.....
