Even Fred Is In Bloom.... :o)

I love my Sylvia.

If you visit me regularly you will have read about Sylvia here and learned who started this African Violet for me. So its special. This picture was 18 months ago with all 4 plants snug in one red pot.

Three of them were constantly in flower and the 4th one finally started to bloom just when I decided to separate the plants. The pot was so full. I named one "Bonnie" and gave it to my mom, "Clyde" became my eldest son Geoff's. The 4th one "Fred" stayed in the pot with my Sylvia. :o) (who else would name their plant?)

The 3 have bloomed beautifully since then, even my mom's at her house. Geoff's plant is still here but with the warmer weather he'll take it soon.

Sylvia stopped flowering for the past few weeks. (Fred hadn't started yet)

Doesn't Geoff's look full of flower....

My "Sylvia" has just started with little buds large enough for me to see
peeking from under her leaves.

See here....

and another one under here....

and yet another peeking here....

AND look really close where all the leaves are joining....even Fred has its first flower again finally! Must be they are loving the longer and sunny days.

Sometimes it doesn't take much to delight me. But on the other hand I'm loving how much smiling I do as I admire the blooms. That has to be delightful.
Even Abby was delighted to be in this picture..

Have a delightful day too...Judi xoxo
(Just so you know I don't name plants. I continued naming these because I had named the big and old original plant.....Matilda)
