Present from Santa...and Vanilla Peach Bundt Cake

First, thank you for the suggestions on uploading pictures which I still cannot do using "Compose". I am uploading pictures on HTML but don't really like doing it this way.

Look at the wonderful gift I got for Christmas...from Santa Marc.  He knew just what I needed..

I've baked so many dozens and dozens of cookies for my orders and made pounds and pounds of royal icing and managed to burn out 2 hand mixers.

My new Cuisinart stand mixer is 5.5 quarts and 800 watts and I love it!  I no longer have to stand holding my handmixer for 10 minutes whipping royal icing.  I can set it to whip for 10 minutes and it will stop when time is up.

Batters mix up so easily and so beautifully.  It is so powerful and does the greatest job.

. I've also been able to whip up a couple of others goodies since Christmas.

How proudly it sits beside the peach bundt cake RECIPE HERE I made this weekend.  The pieces out of the cake are peaches that fell out when I took it out of the pan.  I used canned peaches instead of fresh ones...on account of..*s*..that we don't have nice fresh peaches this time of year.  You might just want to give this recipe a try.  It was very yummy.

Here it is on the cake plate I made at one point, pretty plate glued on to pretty candle stick. I even found a glass cover for it.

I love my new Cuisinart stand mixer....thank you Santa...  *hugs*....
How did I ever get by without one before...
Have a great day everyone... Judi xoxo

Yay! What a lovely mixer, Judi, and I can just imagine how you'll be popping out all of the wonderful cookies and all you bake.
Your cake looks so delish in the pretty cake stand you made! You can just do everything!

You are so very creative, Judi. First, you make a cake stand, then you "find" (how on earth did you do THAT?). Next, you bake a cake. [sigh]

I'm envious--pure and simple--envious!
