Part II - Whimsical Thrifted and Painted Child's Rocking Chair

I have been very busy  with projects and my SweetCreations decorated cookies...and I have been loving it.   But tonight I want to show you the thrifted child's rocking chair I've been painting. Last month remember it looked like this....

until I painted it like this.....

and now I've painted it with Martha Stewart paints of many sweet colours...
a little closer up with some circles....
I really like the colours...don't you?
and then I painted on stroke dots...
using a little of all the colours on the rocking chair...  I'll brush on a satin varnish and thats it.  One sweet Great Niece will be arriving at the beginning of May and this will be for her.  I will sign and date it on the underside.  I hope it'll be a keepsake.   Have a great evening... Judi xoxo

I know how much work that is Judy. I've done many tables and chairs with diff colours. When Brittany was young, I had a little set that I painted with all kinds of roses and colours. I miss that ; (
She will LOVE it.
Great job.
