Twin Baby Quilts Oh My...

I've decided I really need to get some exercise so although I'm not a walker I have been walking every night for the past week. I really have been enjoying it too. Tonight I told myself I was not taking the car to Fabricland. If I wanted to go there bad enough...I would walk even if the skies looked like they were threatening rain. So I walked and bought these 3 fabrics...

and these fabrics...

Don't they all coordinate nicely with each other? You are supposed to stand back, look at them through partially closed...dazy eyes to see how colours look together. I just love them together.

I have enough fabric to make 2 sweet baby quilts from the fabrics. They will be very similar but still their own design. Just like twins. I have until October to make them. I'll tell you next post who they are for.... :o)

I hope you too have a very lovely day.....similar....but your very own! Judi xoxo

p.s. and I was lucky it was only spitting rain on the way home...

Hi Judi,
Good on you for getting out and walking rain, hail or shine.
Those fabrics are very soft and delicate, just right for new babes.
Looking forward to seeing the finished pieces.
Hugs,
Anna

Your fabrics are so pretty for baby quilts! It will be fun to see what you come up with and how quickly! I never saw anyone throw together a perfect quilt in so fast a time period! Awesome!!!
You are amazing, Judi!!!
