PINK Saturday

This is PINK Saturday hosted by Beverly from HowSweetTheSound. Be sure to click over there to visit all the participants for this lovely PINK day. Don't forget to leave a comment..everyone wants to know you've been there. Enjoy.

I was looking at pictures from last summer at the cottage in the anticipation of the rain stopping here and being able to get out to plant. I'm sharing those pictures of the PINK flowers we enjoyed last year. Aren't they lovely?

These PINK flowers grew amongst others in our window box hanging from the shed. They were such a happy bunch of flowers and the ivy grew almost to the ground by the end of the summer.

I love collecting bunnies. This is my PINK bowl with little bunnies on it sitting on a PINK bunny placemat. Madeline eats out of these dishes when she comes over for dinner. I also have a pair of Fitz and Floyd salt and pepper shakers with a bit of pink of their ears and ribbon (my other love) as well as a little Partylite Teapot tealight holder which also has PINK on it.

It was funny on Wednesday Geoff and Madeline came over for dinner together. As usual I put out thePINK bunny bowl and plate for Madeline. The three of us were so busy talking as we helped ourselves to salad that none of us noticed that Geoff was sitting at the wrong place. There he sat at the table the only one with the PINK bunny bowl filled to the brim with salad while Madeline and I ate out of "big people's dishes". How silly he looked. We laughed. We must have been having a good time. *s*.
I hope you have a good time today too.... Judi xoxo

We have had rain almost for two weeks straight! I will say my lawn is a lovely shade of green! I'll have to remember that when the summer heat burns it up! (It always happens even when I water all the time!)

Madeline sounds like she brings you such happiness.

take care,
Dawn

Your flowers are so pretty--love the bunny dishes. How cool that you have special dishes for her to use when she comes to visit☺

Such a l♥vely post for Pink Saturday. This is the one day of the week when I get to visit some of the best blogs in cyberspace and indulge my passion for pink.

Happy Mother's Day. I wish you all the peace and joy that a day in celebration of motherhood can bring. You don't have to grow a baby in your womb to be a mother...all you have to do is to l♥ve a human being with compassion and tenderness.
